How long shipping take for my order?

Any order that is in stock should have an expected shipping time between 2-4 business days from the order date. All orders ordered throughout the weekend will be processed and shipped during the beginning of the week. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. 

Why haven't I received a tracking order yet? 

Tracking orders are issued once your order is processed and your tracking code is created. If your order has not yet been processed you will not receive a tracking number until so.


Whenever someone preorders an item from our website they will be added to the list of orders that will build up until the closing date. After the closing date ANY / ALL orders are submitted and customers should expect their order to be shipped and delivered between 2-4 week after the closing date. You will be contacted if otherwise. 


Only a hand full of items will be eligible for restock due to popular demand. In most cases once we sell out, that's it.

  • Fold Clothing Inside Out Before Entering The Washing Machine
  • Machine Wash Cold 
  • Iron Inside Out
  • Air Dry 
  • Preserve in Cool Climates

Why does my order take 2-4 business days to be processed?  

Our staff monitor processing and order fulfillment, all while carefully conducting a customarily quality check to insure that there are no mishaps or inconveniences with prepaid orders prior to it being package preserved, shipped and delivered directly to the customer door.


Why are plus size items considered "Special Order" ? 

Sizes that exceed 3XL and up are considered special orders because we do not normally stock items higher than 2XL.

How does exchanges work? 

Exchanges can be made for UNWORN and UNUSED clothing within (5) days after you've received the item. Any items that are sent back must be in SELLABLE  condition (smoke free, no stains, unworn & etc) or we will not accept them. 

Can I order online and pickup in person? 

This option is available for local orders made within Nassau or Suffolk County in Long Island, NY. Contact info@shopschemewear.com prior to pickup for order preparation.
