How long does it take for my ordered to be shipped?

Any order that is in stock usually is processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks of the order date. All orders ordered throughout the week gets processed and shipped during the same time due to a high frequency of orders. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. EXPRESS Shipping options are not available

Why haven't I received a tracking order yet? 

Tracking orders are issued once your order is shipped, if your order has not yet been processed you will not receive a tracking number until it is. 

Why does my order take 1-2 weeks to get processed and shipped?  

Since all orders are print on demand, our staff first hand orders inventory, monitor processing and order fulfillment, all while carefully conducting a customarily quality check to insure that there are no mishaps or inconveniences with prepaid orders prior to it being package preserved, shipped and delivered directly to the customer door.

 

Do You have Plus size items? 

Yes, Some items range from sizes Small - XXL. 

 

Do you have welcoming codes or discounts? 

When you sign up for our subscriber list you will receive a special code for 15% OFF sitewide 

 

How does exchanges work? 

Exchanges can be made for UNWORN and UNUSED clothing within (5) days after you've received the item. Any items that are sent back must be in SELLABLE  condition (smoke free, no stains, unworn & etc) or we will not accept them. 

Can I order online and pickup in person? 

This option is available for local orders made within Nassau or Suffolk County in Long Island, NY. Contact info@shopschemewear.com prior to pickup for order preparation. 

What can I do if I'm having issues with my order?
